Below is the death notice of Dennis Duffy, Brother of John Duffy, Class of 1961 and Kevin Duffy, Class of 1963. Father-in-law of Christopher Hauck, Class of 1989. Uncle of Patrick Duffy, Class of 1994 and Timothy Duffy, Class of 1995. Grandfather of Julian Hauck, Class of 2024. Please keep the Duffy and Hauck families in your prayers.

Dennis M. Duffy- Passed away peacefully on November 30th. Beloved husband of 37 years to Judith (nee Orear). Loving father of Michelle Hauck (Christopher) and Colleen Elwood (Robert). Caring grandfather of Julian Hauck and Olivia Elwood. He also leaves behind his brothers John (Sheila) and Kevin (Mary Ann) Duffy. Dennis was preceded in death by his parents Marguerite and Frank Duffy. Dennis was a graduate of John Marshall High School and earned his Bachelor's of accounting and Master's degrees in International Finance at Cleveland State University. Dennis was a CPA who started his career at Ernst and Ernst and founded Duffy+Duffy Cost Segregation Services. He was also the former Utility Commissioner for the City of Cleveland. Dennis was an avid skier, motorcyclist, ice skater, and golfer. Dennis loved going to his grandkids sporting events but didn't always make it to the right location. Above all he loved his family and will be missed by many. Family and Friends are invited to a visitation on Sunday December 4th from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Jenkins Funeral Chapel 2914 Dover Center Rd. Westlake 44145, where the funeral will take place on Monday at 11 am. Burial will be Private. In lieu of Flowers, donations may be made to Magnificat High School, 20770 Hilliard Blvd. Rocky River OH, 44116, St. Edward High School 13500 Detroit Rd. Lakewood OH, 44107.
