Thomas Cahill, age 74, born January 9, 1949, passed away September 27, 2023. Thomas Michael Cahill, 74, of Nantucket, Massachusetts, passed away on September 27, 2023 to his eternal life.
Thomas is survived by his loving wife Kathleen Cahill. He is survived by his son Scott Cahill (Patty) Thomas leaves behind his sister Deborah Murdell (Alan) He will be dearly missed by his granddaughter Christen, niece Jacqueline Costa, and nephew Julius Anthony Palange. Thomas was preceded in death by his mother Elizabeth (Betty) Cahill, father Donald Cahill, and sister JoAnne Palange. Thomas is an alumnus of St. Edward High School, Lakewood, Ohio, John Carroll University, and Cleveland State John Marshall School of Law. He served as a Captain and paramedic for the city of Rocky River Fire Department and as an Assistant County Prosecutor for Lake, Cuyahoga, and Lorain Counties.He was also a high school football referee and an officer of the Knights of Columbus. A memorial Mass will be held in Cleveland at a later date. May his soul rest in peace.
