Below is the death notice of Brian Gifford, Class of 1969. Brother of Jeffery Gifford, Class of 1967. Please keep the Gifford family in your prayers.

Brian A. Gifford, 72, a resident of Columbia Station for 45 years, passed away on October 17, 2022. He was born on May 12,1951 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late John and Florence (nee Kolba) Gifford. A graduate from St. Edward High school and retiring from PPG after 39 years. Brian enriched his life with many hobbies including: bowling, golfing, and paying meticulous attention to his lawn. Brian was a proud papa; you could find him cheering for his grandchildren at all their sporting events. Most importantly, Brian selflessly gave up his time to help maintain the grounds at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. He loved his family and lived for creating the best life for his loved ones. Brian will be deeply missed by his loving wife Carrie (nee Danko) Gifford of 48 years; cherished daughter Michelle (David) Post; treasured grandsons Beckham, Lincoln, and Roman; dear sisters-in-law Pat and Sue Gifford; nephew Joe Gifford; niece Anne (Derek) Graver; and great niece Claire Graver. He is preceded in death by his brothers Jeff and Jerry Gifford. Family and friends may call on Thursday, October 20, 2022 from 4:00-8:00 PM at the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial with take place on Friday, October 21, 2022, 10:00 AM, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 25801 Royalton Road, Columbia Station, Ohio 44028. Please meet at the church.
