Below is the death notice of Donald Fornes, D.D.S , Grandfather of Thomas Connaughton, Class of 2016, Brendan Connaughton, Class of 2018 and Daniel Connaughton, Class of 2020. Please keep the Fornes and Connaughton families in your prayers.
Donald W. Fornes , D.D.S.
Passed away on January 16, 2023 in Sarasota, Florida. Born in Buffalo, NY on November 17, 1938, Don was the oldest of two sons, and proud to be a graduate of Canisius High School, St. Bonaventure University, and the University of Buffalo School of Dentistry, an Army veteran, and a dentist in Clarence for over forty years, devoted to his patients and his profession. Don loved spending time with his family, golfing, bowling, woodworking, gardening, fishing and following the Bonnie's men's basketball team. Don is survived by his beloved wife Mary Jo (Cass), his four loving children Karin (Robert) Ryan, Kristin (Patrick) Connaughton, Mary Kate (Anthony) Drenik, and Donald (Lauren), and fourteen grandchildren who will forever remember him as a loving husband, father, and grandfather. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Tidewell Foundation of Sarasota, Florida.
