Doug was born and raised in Preston, MN. He was transferred from Chicago to Cleveland with his wife and 4 kids in 1973. Doug worked in the airline industry as a sales rep for various airlines over the years. This enabled him to travel and visit friends all over the world. He ended his career with Walt Disney Inc. as a district sales manager. Upon retirement he worked as a starter at Springvale Golf Course enjoying his favorite sport. He embraced his Scottish and Irish heritage. He was involved in the WSIA. I am sure you saw his smiling face at the reviewing stand as a Marshall for over 40 years. Most of all Doug enjoyed spending time with his wife, Peggy, and loving family!
