Below is the death notice of Ellen Annette Boddy, grandmother of Patrick Boddy, Class of 2019; Connor Boddy, Class of 2021; Brendan Boddy, Class of 2023; and mother-in-law of Sarah Boddy, St. Edward High School staff member. Please keep the Boddy family in your prayers.
ELLEN ANNETTE BODDY (nee McGINTY), age 91. Beloved wife of 72 years to William "Jack". Loving mother of Brian (Lori), Linda Boddy Wachsman (Louis), Patrick (deceased), Nanette Hooley (Roy, deceased), Dennis (Melissa), Thomas (Joann), Beth Daniels (Scott), Michael (Sarah) and Karen Gruntkowski (Erik). Cherished grandmother of 25; great-grandmother of 14. Preceded in death by her parents and 7 older siblings. Also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to St. Francis DeSales Church (Parma, OH). Mass of Christian Burial Friday August 30, 2024 St. Francis DeSales Church (Parma, OH) at 11:30 AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends THURSDAY 4 – 8 PM at the A. RIPEPI & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS (WEST OF I-71).
