Below is the death notice of John Raymond Baddour, Class of 1965. Brother of Fred Baddour, Class of 1964; Joseph Baddour, Class of 1974; Robert Baddour, Class of 1972; and William Baddour, Class of 1979. Please keep the Baddour family in your prayers.
John Raymond Baddour, 76, born in Cleveland, Ohio to Maurice Baddour and Carrie (McCall) Baddour, passed away on July 7th, 2023. He was preceded in death by his father Maurice and brother Robert. John is survived by his mother Carrie Baddour, loving wife Susan "Sunny" Baddour; siblings: Fred, Maureen (Joe), Patrice (Joe), Mary, Joe (Robbyn), Bill (Kelly), Teresa (Doug), Karen (Greg); son Brian (Patti), daughter Debra (Joe); grandchildren Alexandra, Wren, Claire, and Pete; and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews. He graduated St. Edward High School, attended John Carroll University and Cleveland State University, and worked at Premier Industrial Corporation and Distribution Data Inc. His hobbies included playing saxophone, electrical and automotive repairs, amateur radio (KC8KI), and volunteering for Boy Scouts of America. An Army Captain, John earned the Purple Heart and Bronze Star Medal. His funeral mass will be held July 15th, 2023, 10 a.m., at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church, 3644 Rocky River Dr., Cleveland, Ohio 44111, followed by inurnment at Sunset Memorial Mausoleum Chapel, 6265 Columbia Rd., Olmsted Falls, Ohio 44138. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Boy Scouts of America Lake Erie Council (LECBSA.org).
