Mark Francis Giuliano age 62 of Decatur, GA., passed away suddenly on Saturday, March 2, 2024. Mark was most importantly a devout Christian, and he prioritized the Lord in all he did.
His greatest honor and proudest accomplishment in life was being the husband to Judy and father of Michael, David and Erin. His love, selflessness, commitment, and dedication to his family were unsurpassed. In his spare time, he most enjoyed being outdoors hiking, biking, or boating preferable with friends and family.

In 1988, Mark began his life's calling as a Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He worked tirelessly throughout his career in various roles at the Washington D.C. metropolitan field office, the Atlanta field office, and FBI Headquarters in Washington D.C. In 2016, he retired as the Deputy Director of the FBI and began his second career at Invesco, LTD in Atlanta. He held several positions at Invesco over the last several years, most recently, Senior Managing Director & Chief Admin Officer. He touched the lives of many friends, family, and coworkers throughout his time here and Mark left everyone around him better than he found them. His team building skills and leadership benefited both family and team mates alike. The world has lost a true hero, his passing has left an enormous void, but we can gain strength in knowing we have an angel in heaven to watch over and protect us. He was so loved by his family and so many others.

He was preceded in death by his father, William A. Giuliano; mother, Ruth Ann Giuliano; niece, Carina Ruth Ann Britz; and brother-in-law, Howard H. Ruppert.
