Below is the death notice of Martin Hutter Sr., Class of 1958. Father of Martin Hutter Jr., Class of 1994. Please keep the Hutter family in your prayers.
MARTIN T. HUTTER, age 83. Retired Detective, City of Cleveland Division of Police (Badge #2024). Beloved husband of 53 years to Joanna (nee Giordano); loving father of Gina Poduska (Bill) and Terry Hutter (Julie); proud "Papa" of Olivia, Kaleigh, Anthony and Greyson; brother of the late Esther Turchanik; uncle and friend of many. Preceded in death by his parents Esther (nee Burke) and Martin T. Hutter and his niece Denice Trefny.
Martin was a proud graduate of St. Edward High School. Class of 1958. He served the City of Cleveland for over 35 years as a Police Officer, Detective, Mounted Police Officer and was one of the first Aviation Helicopter Pilots for the Police Department.
Private graveside services with military honors were held at Holy Cross Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Ames Family Hospice House, 30080 Hospice Way, Westlake, OH 44145 would be appreciated.
