Below is the death notice of Nick Fragapane, Father of Tony Fragapane, Class of 1990 and Victor Fragapane, Class of 1992. Grandfather to Anthony Fragapane, Class of 2014, Sam Fragapane, Class of 2016, Dante Fragapane, Class of 2017, Max Fragapne, Class of 2018, and Luca Fragapne, Class of 2020 Please keep the Fragapane family in your prayers.
NICK FRAGAPANE; 87, Beloved husband of 62 years to Vittoria F. (Nee Spitaleri); Loving father of Salvatore (Pamela), Mike (Renee), Anthony (Bridget) and Victor (Stefni); Cherished grandfather of 11; Dearest great-grandfather of 12; Loving brother of Grace Fragapane (late Tom); John Fragapane (Rose), Marie Virzi (Vince), the late Sam Fragapane (Bess) and the late Paul Fragapane (Jan); Dear uncle and friend of many in Ohio as well as in Lakeside Village Florida. Nick was born in Sicily in 1935 and came to America with his family in 1955 when he was 20 years old. He worked various jobs which included the Cleveland Steel Mills. In 1961 he returned to Italy to marry his beautiful wife, who was the love of his life. In 1971 Nick and his brothers opened Fragapane Bakery a business well known and loved by many. Nick spent many days laughing and enjoying the company of his family and left a legacy that his family will be proud to share for the rest of their lives. Family suggests memorial contributions in Nick's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis TN 38105. Friends may call at the McGorray-Hanna Funeral Home 25620 Center Ridge Rd. Westlake FOR VISITATION TUESDAY 3-7PM. Funeral Wednesday 9:15AM at the funeral home.
