Patrick Joseph Weiss, age 43, beloved husband of Heather (nee Elledge). Loving father of McKinley and Hadley. Dear son of Peter and Kathleen Weiss. Brother of Martha Hoover, Chip Weiss (Jillian), Meredith Bruder (Robert), Maureen Moyers (John), Megan Weiss, Monica Butscha (Mark). Uncle of nine. Dear son-in-law of Ken and Carmen Elledge. Celebration of Life to be held in Atlanta, Georgia. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Edward High School, 13500 Detroit Road, Lakewood, 44107.
