Grandmother of James Flannery, Class of 2002, Kyle Flannery, Class of 2005, Christopher Gaertner, Class of 2010, Daniel Gaertner, Jr., Class of 2012, Matthew Gaertner, Class of 2013, John "Jack" Flannery, Class of 2014, Patrick Gaertner, Class of 2015, Thomas Hennie, Class of 2016 and Mark Gaertner, Class of 2019. Please keep the Gaertner, Flannery, and Hennie families in your prayers.
RITA ANN GAERTNER (nee Patton), 82 passed away after a brief illness. Beloved wife of the late Leonard; daughter of the late John and Rita (nee Collins); loving mother of Maureen Flannery (Jim) , Tim (Katherine), Eileen Hennie (Scott), Dan (Kitty), Ann Benjamin (Mark), and Rita; loving nana of Jim (Karen), Kyle (Megan), Maggie (Marty), Jack, Beth, Chris, Matt, Maura (Nathan), Tommy, Kevin, Danny, Patrick, Mark, Juliana, and Mary; great-nana of Vivienne, Bridget, and Molly; sister of John "Terry" (Bonnie), Tim (Kathy), Sheila Magovich (the late Dr. Rich). Winnie O'Toole (Terry), The Honorable Tom, Michael (Debbie), the late MaryJo Rose (Dr. Rick and Molly), and Katie Patton; aunt and great-aunt.
Funeral Mass will be held at St. Colman Church, 2027 W. 65th St., Cleveland, OH on Monday, April 29, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. "PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH" Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. FRIENDS MAY CALL AT THE BERRY-McGREEVEY FUNERAL HOME, 26691 DETROIT RD. (ONE MILE WEST OF COLUMBIA RD.) WESTLAKE, 2-7 P.M. SUNDAY. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Colman Church.
