Below is the death notice of Robert J. Andrews, Class of 1956. Father of David '87 and Grandfather of Michael '16. Please keep the Andrews Family in your prayers.
Robert "Bob" J. Andrews age 85
Beloved husband of 64 years to Rosemary (nee Duffy). Loving father of Robert E. Andrews (dec.) (Karen), Judy Havranek and David Andrews (Kathy). Cherished grandfather of Evan, Kyle, Sydney, Tommy, Joey, Michael, Emily and Danielle. Great-grandfather of Leah, Alayna and TJ. Preceded in death by his parents Louis and Mary (nee Dorko) and his siblings Richard, Lou and Mary. Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
Mr. Andrews was a member for over 50 years of the West Park Knights of Columbus Council #2790
He was a lifelong musician, enjoyed bowling, and after he retired took an interest in water coloring but his true passion was golfing.
Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday September 25, 2024 at 11 AM at St. Colette Catholic Church 330 W.130th St., Brunswick, Ohio 44212. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00 PM on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at the A. RIPEPI & SONS FUNERAL HOME 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS (West of I-71)
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made in Robert's memory to the Lewy Body Dementia Association www.lbda.org or the Kidney Cancer Association www.kidneycancer.org
