Below is the death notice of Thomas Smith, Class of 1962. Please keep the Smith family in your prayers.
Thomas Smith age 79, born April 15, 1944, passed away November 3, 2023. Tom was born to William and Claire Smith on April 15, 1944 in Evanston, IL and moved to Cleveland, OH as a young boy. He graduated from St. Edward High School and John Carroll University and went on to serve in The U.S. Marine Corp Reserves. He also led a long career in the field of accounting and finance, ringing the bell on Wall Street after taking a company public. In his spare time, he enjoyed sailing, cycling, visiting his grandchildren and watching sports. Tom is survived by his children Megan, Molly (Neil), and Michael (Michelle), grandchildren (Claire, Lauren, Jack, Matthew, Annie, Neil, Grace, Liam and Tommy), and siblings William(Carol), Robert, Neil(Mary), James(Janet) and Mary(David). A service will be held in his honor and attended by his immediate family.
